Find the PropertyBoost item, and click Boost Now, then Get Started.
Use the Search Box to enter your listing's address (or you can switch to MLS number search), select your listing from the search results, then click Next.
From the Boost Type dropdown, select Listing for a "Just Listed" ad banner, or select Open House or Price Reduction, or select Featured Listing for a generic ad that doesn't fall into the other categories.
Under Image Template dropdown, choose Modern.
Optionally, you can click Change Featured Image to select a different, single listing photo for your ad, then Save.
NOTE: A somewhat close-up, front exterior photo of your home works best (it indicates to viewers "Home for sale!"). However, if your listing features a beautiful backyard pool or other outstanding feature, you may wish to select that image instead.
When finished, click Next.
If your PropertyBoost type is an Open House, the date(s) currently entered into MLS will pull automatically.
But you'll be given the opportunity to add an open house date if not currently added in MLS, Edit the current date, or Add a Second Date.

NOTE: 3 Day ads work well for Open Houses when the PropertyBoost is purchased on Wednesday or Thursday for an open house on Sunday. However, a 7 Day ad is a better deal for any ad since you get an additional 4 days of advertising (therefore more leads) for only $10 more.
Optionally, you can use the Begin Running Ad dropdown to select a later date to start you ad.
NOTE: Despite the date being set to the current date by default, your ad won't begin being seen until the following day. Typically, it's best to leave the date set to the current day, and don't schedule PropertyBoosts ahead of time—purchase them the day you want to start advertising.
Click Next when finished.
You can add & save a credit card for payment here, or use one already added to your BoldTrail account.
Optionally, you can also Add Promo Code if you've receive a code (e.g., if you received a refund coupon code from Inside Real Estate).
Click Complete Purchase to charge your credit card, then click Configure Options.
On the following Optional: Customize Ad page, disable the Display Price option. This will require leads to click the ad, and submit their contact information to you in order to view the price on your website—possibly resulting in more leads who want to see your listing's price!
NOTE: There is currently a bug in BoldTrail that does not respect the Display Price toggle, and will show the listing's price despite it being disabled. It is still recommended to disable the option in order to retain the habit, and that it may be fixed in the future.
Click Next.
In the Compliance Text field, add the following line...

NOTE: Compliance text you add here will be saved for the future so that you don't need to re-type it each time.
Optionally, if you want leads to be captured to another Flotilla Partner instead of you, you can search for that Partner's name in the Website field to redirect the ad to that Partner's website.
Click Next.
Optionally, you can drag the blue ad area on the map to move it, drag the Target Area Size slider to resize it, and/or Add Target Area to add additional cities or areas where your PropertyBoost will be seen for capturing leads in those areas. By default, the ad will center around the listing's address.
Click Next.
Optionally, you can add any combination of up to two of your sellers email and/or cell phone numbers. They will receive daily alerts for how many times your ad has been viewed. This is a great, automatic way to show your sellers that your marketing efforts are getting more eyes on their home.
Click Complete., then Go to Dashboard to view & manager your other PropertyBoosts!
