QUICK & EASY MARKETING COMPLIANCE RULE

Anywhere your name is marketing real estate, Flotilla's name & number must be alongside yours.

FACEBOOK PERSONAL & BUSINESS PAGES

You must link to Flotilla's business page in your Facebook personal or business page's WORK & EDUCATION section.

If you use your PERSONAL Facebook page for your real estate business (i.e., posting ANY real estate-related posts such as listings, real estate articles, real estate opinions, closing photos, etc.) you MUST include brokerage reference.

INSTRUCTIONS

Click + Add a Workplace.
In the Company field, search for Flotilla Real Estate Partners.
In the Position field, add your preferred job title (REALTOR®, Broker Associate, Licensed Transaction Coordinator, etc.).
Add Oklahoma City to the City/Town field.
In the Description make sure to include the office phone number: (405) 977-0207. You can include anything else you want in this field, but make sure that you indicate the phone number is the office's phone number.
Under Time Period, be sure to check the ✔︎ I currently work here checkbox.
NOTE: You can add additional workplaces (such as your own real estate business page, team, or other workplace), and use this checkbox to indicate that you also currently within that business.
Click Save.

If you use your LinkedIn account for ANY real estate-related uses (i.e., posting ANY real estate-related posts such as listings, real estate articles, real estate opinions, closing photos, etc.) you must link to the Flotilla Real Estate Partners company page in the Current Position section of your profile.

INSTRUCTIONS

Navigate to your LinkedIn profile under Me ▶︎ View Profile.
Click the + icon ▶︎ Add Position under the Experience section of your profile.
In the Company field, search for then add Flotilla Real Estate Partners.
In the Position field, add your preferred job title (REALTOR®, Broker Associate, Licensed Transaction Coordinator, etc.).
Add Oklahoma City to the City/Town field.
In the Description make sure to include the office phone number: (405) 977-0207. You can include anything else you want in this field, but make sure that you indicate the phone number is the office's phone number.
Be sure to check the ✔︎ I am currently working in this role checkbox.
Click Save.

OTHER SOCIAL MEDIA

For all other social media platforms, link to a Flotilla business page whenever possible and include our office phone number. If it's not possible, then utilize your profile's About Me/Bio/Description section to manually add the line below that include Flotilla's full name & office phone number...
